Text Box: Larry L. Cash is a Member of the Firm of Miller and Martin, PLLC and the emphasis of his practice is the representation of both public bodies and private business. His experience includes the representation of housing authorities and  municipal  utilities in Tennessee and the southeast. Mr. Cash has counseled with and represented governmental agencies and public officials on a wide range of legal matters. His experience includes the representation of a local housing authority in issues ranging from Open Records and Public Meetings issues to EEOC claims. He also represents a captive association insurance company which company provides all lines of insurance coverage for both municipal and cooperative utility companies in the southeastern United States. Mr.. Cash is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, Georgia, and American Bar Associations. He is a 1991 graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, and currently serves on the Board of Orange Grove Center, where he served as President from 1999 through 2001.
