Text Box: This 200-unit complex spread over a 90-acre site is CHA’s newest and best family complex, having been constructed in 1981. The townhouses are clustered in six self-contained communities with ample lighting, parking and playgrounds surrounded by wooded buffers. Several of the units are fully handicap accessible. The entrance includes a management/maintenance complex and community center and gymnasium. The complex is CHA’s only truly suburban developments with easy access to Hamilton Place Mall and other employment centers.
