Text Box: Phase I buildings (72 units of housing; 52 ACC (public housing assisted) units and 20 non-ACC tax credit units) are complete, leased and fully occupied. Phase II consists of 101 public housing units, of which 85 are ACC and 16 non-ACC. Construction completion for the first group of approximately 42 Phase II units has experienced delays, however Pennrose has finished and occupied four buildings with 30 units, and will be turning more over in coming weeks. They expect to have full completion of all units by early December, and occupancy of all units by December 31. Construction is approximately 85% complete as measured by contract value on the September invoice. Pennrose continues to have a waiting list of approximately 430 applicants which far exceeds the 101 available units.
